In 1933, a young girl named Adrian Chiste boarded the SS Rex in Genova, Italy with her mother – leaving everything they knew behind for a new life in America. She carried no guarantees, only courage and the values deep in the Italian tradition: quality, excellence, and beauty in everything you do.
Decades later, her son, Tom Monaghan, built a company in her name. Adrian Built Homes, LLC is not just a construction company – it is a living tribute to a woman who crossed an ocean and built a life from scratch.
